Chairperson and CEO OilServ Kuwait, Co-Founder Kuwait Energy
Sara has +35 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry having held various executive positions at OilServ, Kuwait Oil Company & Kuwait Foreign Petroleum & Exploration Company.
In 2017, Sara was elected as a member of the Kuwait Supreme Council for Planning and Development and is on the Board of Trustees of Kuwait’s Silk Territory Project.
She serves as a non exec at Petrofac and Advisory Board chair at American University of Kuwait.
Sara received many acclaims for her role in Kuwait’s Wild Well Killers (extinguishing Kuwait’s oil well fires post 91 war). The heroic act earned Sara the designation of ‘Firefighter’ and a ‘Global 500 Award’ presented by the United Nation’s Environmental Program.
