Farah Al Mazrui
Head of Investments
Farah has 12 years of experience in financial advisory, private equity and management consulting across a wide range of sectors.
Prior to joining Aliph, Farah was an Associate Director at Rothschild & Company, where she was responsible for the assessment and execution of various regional and global M&A and debt related transactions worth over $1 billion. Previously, she was a part of the investment team at NBK Capital Partners, working across both private equity and private credit transactions, and was an active participant in the management of existing portfolio companies.
Farah formerly worked at Bain & Company’s Middle East Office, where she focused on retail and public sector projects, and Mubadala’s M&A department, where she focused on Media and Technology sectors and spent time working at the Raine Group (a Mubadala portfolio company – U.S. based boutique Merchant Bank specialized in media, entertainment and sports).
Farah currently sits on the Board of RAK Ceramics, National Bank of Umm Al Qaiwain and Arkan Building Materials Company and was a former Board Member at Thuraya Telecommunications Company.
Farah holds a MSc. in Risk Management and Financial Engineering from Imperial College, and a BSc. in Economics from Queen Mary University of London.
