The Petshop is the largest omnichannel pet specialist retailer in the UAE. The Company is headquartered in Dubai Investment Park and operates through four segments:
(i) Retail: 5 UAE retail locations (3 in Dubai, 1 in Abu Dhabi and 1 in Ras Al Khaimah);
(ii) E-commerce: Selling pet products directly through its website, mobile app and third party channels;
(iii) Petsville: Dog day care and boarding (3 locations in Dubai); and
(iv) Services: B2B, retail and mobile grooming, pet relocation, aquatics project & maintenance, and an in-store retail café.
